Return & Refund Policy

Please review this policy carefully before making a purchase.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To request a resolution, please email:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos and/or video of the issue

  • Photos of the packaging and shipping label

If approved, we will offer:

  • A replacement at no cost, or

  • A full refund

For approved damaged or incorrect items, no return is required.


Change of Mind / Non-Defective Returns

If you wish to return an item for personal reasons (e.g., ordered by mistake or no longer want the item), you must contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Conditions:

  • Item must be unused, unassembled, and in original packaging

  • Item must be free from litter, pet hair, stains, odors, or any signs of use

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

  • International return shipping fees may apply

Returns must be approved before shipping. If approved, we will provide the appropriate return address and instructions.

Refunds will only be issued after the returned item has been received and inspected.


Non-Returnable & Final Sale Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Used litter boxes

  • Products exposed to litter or pet waste

  • Items showing signs of use, odor, or damage

  • Gift cards

Sale & Promotional Purchases (Final Sale)

All items purchased during sales, promotions, discount events, or using promotional codes are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for return or refund unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

This includes sitewide sales, clearance events, limited-time discounts, and bundle promotions.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, the order may already be in processing and cannot be canceled.


Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
